Laser cutting is the most accurate process for cutting almost any material. A high-powered laser cuts to the precise specifications set in the machine's control software — the digital design is converted by the software and executed by the laser for clean, exact cuts. Laser applications include through cuts, kiss cuts, laser perforation, scoring, laser etching, laser ablation, laser welding and drilling.
Sheet-metal laser cutting is a much more efficient process than mechanical tooling because it costs less and is much more accurate. The laser cuts by melting, burning or vaporising the material away, leaving a clean, precise edge.
We run state-of-the-art CNC fibre lasers — a GE Fibre 6.0 kW and a SENFENG SF3015HM 3.3 kW, both on 1500 mm × 3000 mm beds — that cut sheet metal across a wide range of thicknesses and sizes. Our skilled programmers and operators are geared up to produce complex components from a drawing or a finished sample part supplied by the customer, delivering excellent quality and high-precision laser-cut jobs.
